Paleo Peppermint Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1 cup paleo chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions:
- Line an 8-inch loaf pan with wax paper.
- Add chocolate chips and almond butter to a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in a microwave for 20 seconds at a time until chocolate is melted, making sure to stir each time after heating, until it is smooth. Stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour into the loaf pan. Smooth into an even layer with a spatula.
- Freeze for 40-60 minutes until completely firm. Remove from freezer and slice into squares.
