No-Bake Walnut & Dark Chocolate Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pulse walnuts and dates in a food processor until crumbly.
  2. Add almond butter, chia seeds, and sea salt. Blend until sticky.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips by hand.
  4. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
