Brain-Healthy Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cooked salmon fillet (wild-caught preferred)
  • 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, kale)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp lemon juice + pinch of sea salt (for dressing)
